Association WOOP Services s.r.o has been co - founded by Zdenek Simek and David Borovka in 2015. After many years of experience in this field, we have made positive commitments towards employing people with disabilities and we give them the opportunity to take part in society. That way, they can find their purpose and start offering the selected products and services.

Since the 1st January 2012, by Czech law, employers with more than 25 employees in employment are obliged to employ people with disabilities.

The obligations of employers are:

• Employment of people with disabilities or
• Buying products or services from companies where 50% of their employees have disabilities or
• Buying products or services from people with disabilities that are self-employed or
• Payment into the state budget or
• Combinations of the methods above
